  • Adults—or adolescents aged 13 or older with parental consent—are welcome to participate if they’re interested in improving their sleep or contributing to sleep research. We encourage individuals who struggle with sleep or simply want to share their experiences to take part. There are no geographic restrictions unless otherwise stated.

  • The 2025 H2Pillow Sleep Wellness Survey™ typically takes about 10 minutes, though this may vary by respondent. Based on your answers, the survey may guide you through additional, more relevant questions while bypassing the ones that don’t apply. You’ll also have one opportunity to provide a freeform written response for any unique sleep characteristics not covered by the survey.

    We recommend setting aside 10–15 minutes so you’re not rushed. While the survey will auto-save your progress and store your answers in the browser for up to 15 days, we suggest completing it in one session.

    During our Private Beta, there’s a brief Feedback Survey at the end. Your feedback is crucial to refining and improving this experience.

  • H2Pillow is conducting The 2025 H2Pillow™ Sleep Wellness Survey: Unlocking Better Sleep™ to gain new insights into today’s sleep challenges—from a scientific, market, and product research perspective. All survey results, including respondent information, are used solely for internal purposes, and no identifiable data will ever be shared or sold.

    By using branching logic in our surveys, we aim to gather meaningful insights from diverse populations around the globe. We’ll publish our findings in aggregate, highlighting trends, patterns, and data that address today’s most pressing sleep issues. We also hope to showcase effective sleep habits, SleepTech innovations, and sleep aids that encourage quality rest.

    Additionally, this aggregated data will help sleep specialists, physicians, psychologists, researchers, consultants, and other professionals—as well as sleep-focused companies—better understand and address critical sleep concerns.

  • We only publish and share survey data in aggregate form, so your personal survey responses remain confidential. You will, however, be asked to provide certain contact, geographic, and demographic information, which we use exclusively to derive meaningful insights into global sleep patterns.

    Any contact information you choose to provide will only be used with your explicit consent and for necessary follow-up communications.

  • If any question feels too personal or makes you uncomfortable, you can select “Other” and add a brief comment, or skip it altogether. We designed this survey to gather useful insights without putting anyone in an awkward position.

    Sleep is personal, which is precisely why it’s both fascinating and complex.

  • Your contact information will only be used for follow-up communications if you’ve explicitly consented to it.

    All survey responses are used exclusively for research purposes, helping us gain insights into sleep patterns, tackle sleep inefficiencies, and inform potential solutions. We may use aggregated data to address common sleep concerns and highlight remedies, SleepTech products, or other practices that promote quality rest. In some cases, we may also share anonymous, aggregated data with partners in the broader sleep science community to help drive further research and innovation.

    Aggregated and anonymous data may be shared internally for analysis but will never be used or distributed in a way that identifies individual respondents.

    We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal data to third parties, except in necessary cases such as with service providers like Typeform—our trusted survey platform—which is bound by strict confidentiality agreements. (See Typeform's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.)

  • We encourage participants to take the survey once. However, if your sleep patterns or practices change significantly within three months—and if we’re still collecting data—you’re welcome to take it again.

  • We plan to share our aggregated findings after the data has been thoroughly analyzed. While we don’t have a specific release date, we intend to publish results after September 2025.

    The final day to complete the survey online is August 31, 2025. Updates will be announced via email or on our website.

  • No. This survey is purely for research and informational purposes. It’s not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We aim to share key findings—on our website and through partner affiliations—that may help individuals identify or understand sleep disruptions.
